2. Agreement

By using Bible Reflections you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of Bible Reflections. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following Terms please do not access and/or use Bible Reflections.

3. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Mayden Foundation may change these Terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these Terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Mayden Foundation. Your continued use of Bible Reflections after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these Terms as updated and/or amended.

4. Use of Bible Reflections - You May

4.1

Download and store multiple copies of any file(s) available for download on Bible Reflections for personal non-commercial use or for use in non-commercial educational related activities.

4.2

Show, broadcast, project or otherwise display any of the Content from Bible Reflections for personal non-commercial use or for use in non-commercial educational related activities. Full acknowledgement of the source must be made.

4.3

Copy, reproduce, transmit, or make available to the public any of the Content from Bible Reflections for use in non-commercial educational related activities provided you do not alter the wording in any way and do not charge a fee. Full acknowledgement of the source must be made.

5. Use of Bible Reflections - You agree

5.1

that you are responsible for paying all expenses that you may incur in connection with your access to and use of Bible Reflections including your internet service provider charges and any excess charges to that provider if you have a cap on downloads and/or uploads and all costs of the equipment and software you need to connect to and use Bible Reflections.

5.2

to use Bible Reflections only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of Bible Reflections.

5.3

Except as expressly permitted by these terms and conditions under "4" above you may not:
(a) copy, download, store, publish, transmit, transfer, sell or otherwise use the Content in any form or by any means;
(b) re-use, assume, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to discern the source code or interfere in any way with Bible Reflections
(c) modify or make any alterations, additions or amendments to the Content;
(d) combine the whole or any part of the Content with any other software, data or material;
(e) adapt, alter or create derivative works from the whole or any part of the Content; or
(f) sell, licence or distribute the Content to third parties or use the Content as a component of or as a basis for any material offered for sale, licence or distribution.

6. Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue Bible Reflections and or all or part of the Content without notice.

7. Copyright

7.1 Content

Copyright of all content on the Bible Reflections website remains entirely with the originator of that content, unless otherwise stated, and is reproduced with kind permission of the originators. Neither Bible Reflections nor the Mayden Foundation acquire any copyright of any material appearing on this site unless specifically agreed. Originators of all content have the right to request the removal of their copyright material at any time without notice.

7.2 Trademarks, design and other IP

You acknowledge that the copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights subsisting in or used in connection with Bible Reflections are the property of Mayden Foundation (unless otherwise stated). Mayden Foundation warrants that it has all necessary rights to permit You to use Bible Reflections as set out in these Terms of Use.

7.3 Creative Commons License

The materials made available through the Bible Reflections site (“materials”) are released under the terms of the Creative Commons licence accessed through the following link http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/2.0/uk/ ("Creative Commons Licence"). In short, this allows you to use the Materials throughout the world without payment but for non-commercial purposes only. Please read the Creative Commons Licence in full before downloading or otherwise making use of the Materials.

You must however read these rights subject to any restrictions on use applying to any Materials or part of them such as video and photographic images ("Special Restrictions"). If you do not agree to be bound by the Creative Commons Licence or any Special Restriction then you must not use this Site and its Materials.

When using Materials you must attribute us and any identified author in accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons Licence. Each of the Materials has an "Acknowledgments" section which will identify the author/owner(s) and any Special Restriction(s) applying. Bible Reflections is provided, subject to clause 7 only, "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of performance, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, omissions, completeness, currentness, timeliness, delays.

8.2 Liability

Under no circumstances will Mayden Foundation be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise):
(a) loss of data;
(b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits;
(c) loss of business;
(d) loss of opportunity;
(e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation;
(f) losses suffered by third parties; or
(g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of Bible Reflections regardless of the form of action.

You agree that this exclusion of liability is a fair allocation of risk.

8.3 Disclaimer

Certain elements of the Bible Reflections may contain material submitted by third parties or links to third party websites. Mayden Foundation accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of such material or websites.

8.4 Responsibility

Where material can be posted to Bible Reflections (whether as part of a discussion forum or otherwise), it is a condition of use that you accept full responsibility for the content you submit. Further you warrant that you will not post material that is obscene, indecent, objectionable, libellous, in breach of the Official Secrets Acts or is racially prejudicial and further that publication of such content will not expose Mayden Foundation to any civil or criminal proceedings. Without limiting the foregoing, Mayden Foundation shall have the right to remove any material from Bible Reflections that violates these terms and conditions; or it deems (in its sole discretion) to be otherwise objectionable.

8.5 Opinions

The opinions expressed in Bible Reflections are those of the individual authors and contributors and not necessarily those of Mayden Foundation.

8.6 Functionality

Mayden Foundation does not warrant that functions contained in Bible Reflections will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that Bible Reflections or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

9. Amendments to the Service

We may from time to time at Our own discretion amend particular programs, information and facilities and promote additional services.

10. General

10.1 Conflict

If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on Bible Reflections or Content then the latter shall prevail.

10.2 Right to Enforce

The failure or delay of Mayden Foundation to exercise or enforce any right in the Terms does not waive Our right to enforce that right.

10.3 Invalidity

If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
