Jago Wynne from HTB London introduces four tests from the Song of Solomon about romantic love; both that single person can use in considering and preparing for marriage, and for the married person to use within the union of marriage:
1.The Exclusive Test - "My lover is mine, and I am his"
2.The Erotic Test - "Don't awake love until it so desires"
3.The Enduring Test - "Place me like a seal over your heart, like a seal over your arm. For love is as strong as death"
4.The Example Test - "Love burns like blazing fire, like a mighty flame"..."Love is like the very flame of the Lord"
Included in this talk, Jago also outlines some possible relationship boundaries for dating; including not having sex before marriage. Jago says "How should we date? With no sex" and "How should we be married? With lots of sex".
