Seven: The perfect number
After the darkness and depravity so prevalent in the number six, the number seven appears like the bright light of a sunrise on a clear morning. As indicated in earlier chapters, the number seven represents perfection. It achieves the perfection that the number six cannot. It fulfills the destiny intended for man but forfeited by Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. It is the most sacred of numbers. In addition to building on the number six by adding the godliness necessary to achieve perfection, the number seven can be considered the combination of the spiritual world represented by the number three and the physical world represented by the number four.
As with the number three, the number seven often appears in reference to actions by God. The subtle difference between number three actions and number seven actions is that the former pertain in some way to the Holy Trinity or God's chosen people; whereas, number seven actions pertain to transforming the carnal into the sacred, or similarly, to the fulfillment of divine prophecy. Making holy, setting apart as sacred, consecration, and fulfillment describe the symbolism of the number seven.
