Worship at Wembley
Described as a 'once in a generation event' by Dean Seddon, one of the organisers, the National Day of Prayer and Worship at Wembley has already generated huge interest. The first week of sales saw over 5000 tickets taken and numbers continue to rise. On 29th September 2012, the vision is to see the 90,000-capacity stadium completely full with Christians from all over the UK.
The aim is to gather those of all denominations together to pray for the nation. Intercessory prayer, worship and teaching will be taking place between 2pm and 6:30pm.
Organisers are encouraging people to book early as the best seats will be going first.
