Pentecost Praise Party
A huge celebration was held in London on Friday night to celebrate Pentecost, with 10,000 worshippers attending the Earl's Court Centre. In anticipation of Pentecost Sunday this weekend (27th May), three churches came together to organise the event and spend time in God's presence together.
Pentecost marks the birth of the church and the giving of the holy spirit to believers (Acts 2:1-13).
For the third year running, Hillsong, Holy Trinity Brompton and Jesus House churches joined together in an act of unity and celebration.
Leaders Gary Clarke, Nicky Gumbel and Pastor Agu all shared encouraging messages.
