Momentum Next Week ...

Students and 20/30 somethings are pumping up their air-beds, stocking up on earplugs and pulling out tents from the garage as they prepare for Momentum 2012 next week. Ok, so unless they are super organised that's unlikely - but in a week's time the tent-pegs will be hammered in.
There's still a chance to book for Momentum, which describes itself as the 'older sibling' to Soul Survivor. It's a chance to receive teaching, ministry, engage in worship and spend time with friends. A chance to ask 'What does it mean to be living for Jesus in our everyday lives?' and discover some answers.
So who's down to be speaking?
Danielle Strickland works for the Salvation Army in Canada and focuses on anti-trafficking. She's married to Stephen and they have 3 sons: Zion, Judah and Moses.
Krish Kandiah works for the Evangelical Alliance in Church Mission. He loves theology - previously having been Director of the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics. He has spoken numerous times at university missions and has lots of experience in evangelism.
David Westlake is head of Soul Action which seeks to raise up young people to understand God's heart for justice and what that means for poor people. He's also the Integral Missions Director at Tearfund.
Maggie Ellis is the Director of Lifeline, a counselling service which specialises in rape and sexual abuse. She's a regular contributor in Christianity magazine, answering readers' questions about sexuality and relationships.
... and LOTS more!
Andy Croft and Mike Pilavachi will be hosting the main meetings, with Beth Croft and others leading the worship.
Along with cafes, sports, seminars, evening gigs and resources to buy, there's plenty on offer.
