Vanessa Conant

Vanessa was born and brought up in Hertfordshire, before leaving to study History at Lancaster and Theology at Bristol. Her early career saw her at a church in the outer estates of West London and working as a fundraiser for Christian Aid and Crisis. She completed her curacy in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire before joining P's and G's in June 2011. Vanessa's main responsibilities are for students, 20s and 30s, newcomers and welcome, vocations, interns and theological education. As with the other members of the clergy, she's also responsible for leading services, preaching and teaching. Her passions are for food, film, sunshine, exploring new places, history, teaching the Bible in new ways, building community, encouraging people to explore their vocation and developing young leaders.
