What is Easter Sunday?
In the Church calendar, Easter Sunday marks the end of the season of Lent, which began 40 days previously on Ash Wednesday. It is a time when we celebrate through His death, burial and resurrection, how Jesus paid the penalty for sin and secured eternal life for all who believe in Him.
